Dubu Dubu Seoul Food - Chicken Dol Sot Bibimbap (korean mixed rice with chicken)
My Lunch.. ʕ̡̢̡*✪௰✪ૢʔ̢̡̢
I had this bibimbap set at Dubu Dubu Seoul Food Restaurant. The set comes with 3 vegetable condiments, and a bowl of bean curd soup. Their vegetable condiments varies daily.
Vegetable Condiments (from top left of the picture above):
☻ soy bean sprouts
☻ kimchi
☻ green leafy veggies with carrot
My bibimbap is served on a heated earthen bowl of rice topped with chicken slice, kimchi , a variety of vegetables and a raw egg on top. I quickly added Korean hot pepper paste sauce into rice mix and stirred the rice mix because I want the egg to be cooked as much as possible.
The mixed rice not spicy at all.
Korean food has lean meat and alot of veggies, a very healthy meal.

It's a smooth cold soy bean pudding with citrus syrup.
