Osaka Ohsho restaurant's Fuwatoro Tenshin Han for SGD9.90 (Japanese rice covered with omelette blanket and thick gravy) at Westgate shopping mall in Singapore.
I was strolling at Westgate shopping mall and pass by this cute looking omelette rice displayed at the entrance of the Osaka Ohsho restaurant. I was quite full snacking on street food in Chinatown again but we went in there to have a light meal.
This is the menu at the entrance that lured me to try out the golden color omelette rice in gravy.

The set included Fuwatoro Tenshin Han (omelette rice), a bowl of soup and a plate of 6 gyoza.
A plate of 6 Gyoza (japanese pan fried meat dumplings) that comes with the Fuwatoro Tenshin Han set. I ate 2 before the picture was taken.

It's the Japanese style of smooth and fluffy omelette and rice. The gravy quite thick too remind me of the texture of Chinese restaurant's shark fin soup's gravy. The gravy taste close to that but not same. The taste is egg?! everything taste good when it's hot.
