Goal Zero Portable Nomad 7 Solar Panel Battery Charger Review

Goal Zero Foldable Nomad 7 Solar Panel  Battery Charger

Bought this Portable Solar Panel Battery Charger to charge my iphone and ipad for camping. Malaysia is a hot and humid weather country with bright sunlight. So I thought it's a good idea to get one of this for camping.

Picked a medium size 7 watt solar panel enough to fully charge an iphone or 4 batteries in 2 to 3 hours under good sunlight but not enough to fully charge the ipad. The solar panel charged the ipad about 10% under good sunlight for the whole afternoon.

Goal Zero Portable Nomad 7 Solar Panel Battery Charger USB input & output :

☻ One USB input attached on Battery Charger to allow user to charge the batteries inside battery charger using pc or power socket instead of solar panel.
☻ One USB output attached on Battery Charger to allow user to charge their device through the batteries in the battery charger.
☻ One USB output attached on the Solar Panel to allow user to charge their device directly from the solar panel.

I always charge my iphone and batteries on open space with strong and good sunlight, avoiding under shades and trees in the jungle. I use the Nomad 7 and solar panel to charge electronic devices and batteries at home too. Can save electricity (///◔(ェ)◔///) lol...

At night, without sunlight, instead of using solar panel to charge I have to switch to the Nomad 7 Solar Panel's battery charger using charged batteries to power the mobile.
