Chinese Fried Rice Balls with minced pork and carrot,
Chinese waxed pork sausages "Lap Chang" (臘腸) and Run Chang (膶腸), waxed duck "Lap Ngap",
black moss "Fatt Choy" and green peas
We've waxed pork and duck every new year, I don't know why... =/
maybe some sort of tradition in my family....
The waxed duck and pork tasted like bacon but slightly salty than bacon.
