Vietnamese Rice Paper Rolls

 Mummy bought some rice paper rolls from Vietnam vacation and 

we made some spring rolls the chinese way... =/

Vietnamese Rice Paper Rolls Ingredients

Rice Paper 
Rolls stuffed with :  prawn, roasted pork, mayonnaise, fried egg sheet and carrot

We steamed the rice paper until soft to wrap the meat and veggies fillings.
