D.I.Y 3D Nail Art Design : How to use 3D Hello Kitty Nail Decal

Pink and white are some of my favorite colors. Painted some pink and white nail art to match the 3D Hello Kitty nail decals using soft pastel pink and white Salley Hansen nail colors.

Cute Hello Kitty 3D Nail Art on fake stick on plastic nails

Bought these 3D Hello Kitty and pink with white polka dot bow plastic nail ornament at SASA. There are 4 plastic Red Bow Hellow Kitty and 2 tiny clay Pink Bow Hello Kitty nail ornaments at both ends.
The smaller Hello Kitties are made from clay.

How to make 3D Hello Kitty nail art design

1. Paint the nails' base coat in white and pink nail color as picture above and wait to dry.

2. Repeat step 1 one more time

3. Use a sharp tipped brush to paint polka dots and lines on nails.
Pink Nails = draw white polka dots and line on it as in picture above
White Nails = draw pink polka dots and line on it as in picture above
(you can use tape to tape lines on the nails for a clean line design on nails)
I was too lazy to tape the lines one by one here.

4. Wait for the lines and polka dots to dry.

5. Coat the nails with a coat of transparent nail gloss for extra shine and longer lasting nail colors =D

6. Use a nail glue to glue the 3D plastic and clay Hello Kitty nail decals on the fake plastic nails.
If it's your real nails you can skip the glue part by sticking the 3D Hello Kitty decals on wet nail gloss. Stick them on right after you finish painting your nails with nail gloss in step 5 without waiting for the gloss to dry first.

The sticky Sally Hansen nail gloss I'm using acts like glue but they are easily removable and nail decals easily drop out if you are not careful. I prefer to use transparent nail gloss to stick on my 3D nail decals than nail glue because they are more gentle and doesn't harm my real nails much when I remove the nail decorations.

White Kitty Cat, Black Mouse and Ladybug Nail Art Design for my toes

Designed two white cats, a black mouse and some polka dots with a small sharp tipped brush.
I do not know what to draw for the forth toe. There wasn't much space for 2D nail art so i stick on a 3D rubber ladybug on the 4th nail with wet nail gloss. the 5th toe couldn't fit in anything so i drew some pink polka dots lol.. the edge of the nails all so messed up with paints on skin too.
