Egg In The Hole

Cracked an egg and poured egg into a hole in the middle of the bread. It's called egg in the hole. I make this often when i wake up late in the morning coz it's easy to make in less than 20 minutes. A quick and easy meal for breakfast or brunch besides my usual instant noodles.ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ

How To Make Egg In The Hole

1. Cut a hole in a bread with a cookie cutter.
2. slice a piece of cheese into 4 parts and arrange them at the 4 sides of a bread
3. Cut a piece of bacon into 4 parts and arrange them on top of the cheese.
4. preheat oven to 190 celcius
5. Bake the tray of egg in the hole sandwiches for 14 minutes.

I arranged the bread on a tray with sugar coated over ripped bananas and bacons (optional)

After 14 minutes of baking and it's done !

6.  Sprinkled dried chives on the egg in the hole bread for more flavor

7.  Finally, piped mayonnaise on top of the egg in a hole sandwich.
